so amelise helping garrus fix up the thanix cannon and then lovey-dovey headbutts

this is the order of scenes from like one to whatever, so like i’m trying to have like a slow build up of color but IS IT WORKING IDK

okay i am just freaking out a little right now because people are saying SO MANY NICE THINGS ABOUT MY ANIMATION AND JUST I WAS REALLY FREAKING OUT AND IN A BAD MOOD ABOUT IT THIS MORNING and like honestly it means a lot to me to hear that.
And as far as the backgrounds go, I know they can be hard to do for a lot of people, and honestly I was terrified of them until I started this project and kind of just forced myself to do them until I became comfortable with them and ofcourse they can be improved but like I CAN DRAW A CITYSCAPE WITHOUT HAVING AN ANXIETY ATTACK NOW so basically what I am trying to get at is don’t be afraid to push yourself into things you’re not comfortable with as far as drawing.
rough composite of my animation i did for crit earlier today (and which kept me up all last night). it’s missing some bits and pieces and coloring and i have my work cut out for me for the next few days finishing it up.

more stress induced doodles. i wish i knew how to quit these two but they are just really cute and heartwarming and adorable considering that one is a giant dinosaur cat alien and the other is a fairly callous killer pretending to be a hero.
been stressing over pretty much everything lately so i decided to take a break and just sketch out something for myself and relax for a bit. it’s been a while since i’ve drawn amelise in armor. it was nice.
ps also that cloak thing isn’t for show, it’s for camoflauge since she’s a sniper so when she’s settling into a good vantage point she’ll put it on and it helps blend her into the environment and also hides her thermal signature to a certain degree.
My final for computer animation, done in one night because I decided to rework my idea and start from scratch last night, but I think it turned out pretty okay. Still needs a little more before it’s “done” but I’m fairly pleased with it.
